First, a little of my background. I have been in the Real Estate/Mortgage Lending industry
since 1983, as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Vice President for a builder in Chicago, and a Vice
President for a builder’s mortgage company in Dallas. I know the intricacies of purchasing new
construction and pre-owned, and most importantly, the right questions to ask to get the best financing
for your individual needs.

How can I make the process of buying and financing your home less stressful?

• I work for one of the largest Mortgage Bankers in Texas which means access to more programs with the best rates.
• I have a processor and an assistant who work exclusively for my team, working on the details of securing your mortgage.
• We facilitate communication with your real estate agent, relocation company, title company, and seller to ensure those involved in the purchase are kept informed.
• If it is not convenient to meet me in person I have developed a personalized system to have everything done via phone, fax, e-mail, and FedEx.
• My team is dedicated to exceeding your expectations, being available 24/7, and doing everything in a timely manner.
• I also specialize in loans where the borrower cannot prove income, has credit issues,wants 100% financing, or most any other “out of the box” situation.
  

A significant part of my business is from referrals. I get these referrals because I carefully walk
each client through the entire process with the intention of removing the worry and stress that
